Why a medical PC?
A medical computer is designed from the ground up for use in medical environments. You will find our medical panels in hospitals, emergency rooms, private clinics, dentists and orthodontists, among other places. But what makes them medical? A medically safe workstation first and foremost complies with strict requirements in the area of electrical safety. A set of strict guidelines (the EN60601-1 standard) helps, among other things, to prevent a vulnerable patient from receiving an electric shock from the machine. Another important aspect is hygiene. The machines must be quick and easy to disinfect. They must be resistant to all kinds of cleaning agents and free from annoying gaps and indentations where bacteria can hide.
